Registered Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work with individuals, particularly children with autism to implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Duties:
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA or direct supervisor
- Work directly with individuals to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors
- Collect data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist in developing and updating client care plans
- Aid clients in increasing skills across socialization and adaptive living skills
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience/Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Currently possess or willing to obtain an RBT certification (40-hour course for free)
- Currently possess or willing to obtain a CPR certification
- Experience working with children, particularly children with autism
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with patient care techniques
- Background in behavioral therapy techniques
- Experience in developing care plans for individuals
Perks:

- $1-$2 billable hour pay increase for Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
- Weekend pay differential of $3 per billable hour for Saturday and Sunday sessions
Case Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Case Supervisors to join our team. The Case Supervisor will work collaboratively with a team to assist individuals, particularly children with autism to design treatment plans, client direct goals, and caregiver support goals. Telehealth/remote hybrid opportunities are granted as well for Case Supervisors. However, a minimum of 50% of supervision must be conducted in person.
Duties:
- Supervise a Team of RBTs and/or Client Care Assistants
- Design program goals specific to the client’s needs with the guidance of a BCBA
- Work as a team member with a group of people with the same shared interest in the client
- Conduct direct and indirect assessments specific to the client’s individual needs with the guidance of a BCBA
- Maintain 5% supervision per BACB guidelines
- Conduct meetings with staff and caregivers
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience/Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
- Currently possess or willing to obtain a CPR certification
- TB Clearance
- Experience working with children, particularly children with autism
- Have a passion to help children with special needs
- Ability to accept feedback
- Willing to learn and grow
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Supervision experience with 2-tier or 3-tier models
- Familiarity with the following assessment tools: VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, QABF, FAST, PEAK, ABLLS, Socially Savvy
- Experience in developing care plans for individuals
- Experience conducting and writing assessment reports
- Experience with caregiver support
- Problem Solving Skills
